HOW DO I GET A CONNECTION?

Seamless Process to help you Get Connected

  1. Check our Coverage Areas & Network Service Updates if we are building Fibre in your area.

  2. Contact us if your area is deemed Taking Orders, or Ready For Installation

  3. We are currently prioritising areas to build based upon demand, so if you want Gigabit broadband quicker, make sure your neighbours also sign up to our packages.

  4. Our priority is also dependent on how your property is served. Contact us to check if you are eligible for priority connections.

  5. Properties that qualify for priority connections will be those that can be connected aerially via the nearest telegraph street pole, or properties with existing ducts (lead-ins) that have been verified by our site survey team.

  6. To accelerate build to your premise, please notify us if you may have an existing duct from the home/business to the premise boundary. In some cases, owners may have done this themselves, for example to bring electric connections for lights, landscaping, or electric gates.

  7. If you would like to duct your front area, please contact us, and we will provide details of local tradesmen that could offer the service to you, to help you get connected with our full fibre quicker.

  8. In some cases, there may be extra construction charges for external or internal works. These can be found on our policies page; Policies | Grayshott Gigabit . To check if any of these apply, we will let you know at the survey stage.

  9. If you live in an apartment block, maisonettes, or flats, please contact us, as we may need approval from your building owner, or management agent to connect your building with Full Fibre.

  10. Certain properties may qualify for Gigabit Voucher Schemes. These are grants provided to suppliers like Grayshott Gigabit to support the cost of the build to provide rural customers the opportunity of getting a Gigabit broadband connection.

  11. Grayshott Gigabit are a registered supplier under the Government's Broadband Voucher Scheme, meaning we will apply the voucher on your behalf to cover the connection to your home of full fibre connectivity.

  12. Eligible residents who wish to check their eligibility for our service and the Gigabit Voucher will need to have a service of less than 100Mbps currently.
